Auction Rules

 

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO BID. If you need help or rush approval,

call the Auction and customer service will walk you through the

process. Dealers, have your Dealer License ID and expiration date

ready, Private customers, have your driver’s license and expiration

ready.

 

HOW TO BID? Log in to the Auction and choose the sale date to see a full list or

simply use the search at the top of the page, type in the last 8 of the VIN.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WON THE BID? The fastest way is to log back into the Auction and you will see an alert on the dashboard showing the

number of vehicles won. You can even print out an invoice from the

site, see which cars you need to pick up, etc. You will also receive an

email with a copy of the invoices after each sale letting you know you’ve won.

 

HOW DO I PAY? We accept certified checks, money orders, or

business checks. The Auction will have the billing paperwork and the

keys once payment is received.

 

HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR? Usually, the vehicles will be billed and

ready for pickup by end of business on the day of the auction. If you

need a rush, let the auction managers know.

 

CARS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP NO LATER than 4 business days after the

auction or you will be charged storage fees.

 

Unless otherwise noted, all vehicles are sold “AS IS”. We do everything in our power to list the cars condition accurately and highlight the major flaws in advance on the site. It is the buyers’ responsibility to review and judge vehicle condition

before bidding.
